Is Jihad, or Holy War, authorized in the Qur'an and Hadith? Further, is holy war only internal spiritual struggle, or does it include physical acts of war? Were the men who flew planes into the Twin Towers following the wild rantings of a cultic leader who distorted the peaceful religion of Islam, or did they do it because they believed orthodox Islamic doctrine?
